House rules
Please take into account the house rules below before making an appointment.
For each treatment a deposit of 50% of the price is used. Your appointment is only confirmed after receipt of this deposit.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the agreed time.
An appointment must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the agreed date/time.
Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation, but can be reused for a new appointment, provided that cancellation is made outside of 48 hours. This deposit is kept for a maximum of 1 month. After this period, the deposit expires.
If you are late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled. The deposit will not be returned and cannot be reused.
The remaining amount of the treatment must be paid in cash or by debit card after the treatment.
We reserve the right to change prices. Agreements already made remain valid at the agreed price.
Please inform us prior to treatment of any health conditions or allergies that may affect the treatment.
